I purchased three packets but unfortunately put the wrong address in. I immediately emailed the company to tell them about the mistake. They continued to process the order to the wrong address and sent the product to the wrong address. I now have no product and lost $60. I don't plan on purchasing in the future because the company did not do anything to rectify except tell me to try to reach out to my carrier who did not provide any help. I also can't reach the person who currently lives in the house. This is frustrating customer service.

I still have trouble after using Kirkland lactase, so was looking for another option. The higher dose of lactase and the packaging is far superior to Kirkland's, so it's way more convenient. I'm not sure if the protease and lipase are making a difference for me, but I'm giving it a second order to try more just for the convenience aspect that I really like.

I bought this before I went on my trip to Europe because I wanted to be able to eat cheese on my pizzas and ice cream and lattes and not have any issues eating whatever I wanted. This worked really well. Amazing!! Just as good as my Lactojoy, but a little more expensive. I haven't compared the ingredients yet, but this one is a little bigger and it's good for if you're going to be in a humid place since it's individually wrapped. The Lactojoy is like in a case but it's not airtight so sometimes it gets stale and chewy. It still works though and tastes like vanilla protein powder. This one tastes horrible, but I'd rather take this than deal with the after effects of not taking it. Overall, I felt great while taking it and I ate everything I wanted! Excellent product!

With milktab I can take one at the start of my meal (or snack) and I am good to go. And so far one tab alone has covered some very milk-heavy meals. And it fits in my purse/wallet, making it super convincing.

Sour cream is the one dairy product that seemed like it didn't matter how little I had or how many pills I took, it just never went well. But with the milktab pill I was finally able to have sour cream again. I didn't have any issues!

It enables me to enjoy dairy and is discrete. I used to have to take 3-4 doses of a product that had lower doses of lactase. Carrying a bunch of these around, and never mind peeling them open in front of other people was an inconvenience and an embarrassment at times. Not any more with milktab. Just carry one cc size blister pack in my wallet and that’s it! :+1::+1::+1:
